Studio Art: simplicity, 2004

Statement

Making something that looks simple is rarely simply in art. If not done just right, it can look incomplete or overdone. Simplicity is a complex balance between planning and intuition. Simplicity is rarely about being simple: it is about process. This piece reflects my appreciations for complexity of simplicity.
